Do I need to be home during the service?
For exterior-only services, you do not need to be home. As long as I have access to your windows, I can get the work done while you are out. For services that include interior window cleaning, I will need someone present to let me in, or we can coordinate a secure way for me to access the home.
What do you do if it rains?
Window cleaning is a process, and a little light rain typically does not affect the final result. I use professional-grade solutions that are designed to handle various weather conditions. However, if the weather is severe (such as high winds or thunderstorms) that would make the work unsafe or ineffective, I will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
The majority of my clients prefer to schedule a professional cleaning every other week or once per month to ensure their glass remains spotless and well-maintained throughout the entire year.
Do I need to remove my screens before you arrive?
Not at all! As part of my service, I handle the removal and reinstallation of your screens. If you choose a package that includes rescreening, I will take care of that entire process for you on-site.
